AJAM!
ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Abuja Journal of Administration and Management (AJAM) is an international journal dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research concerned directly or indirectly with administration and management in both public and private sector of the society. Administration and Management are defined here within a broader sense to include all aspects of human society in which Administration and Management are involved. Examples of these include; legal, educational, industrial, commercial and mercantile, and the public sector. The journal will be devoid of publication of scientific and review papers on such aspects provided they are well written and their scholarly contributions clear. The Journal is a publication of the Department of Public Administration, University of Abuja, Abuja, Nigeria.
The Journal is published twice a year. It considers relevant articles that fall within the scope of the journal for publication. The Journal’s Editorial Committee collects articles and first reviews them to ensure their appropriateness for the Journal. Those adjudged to be relevant and of high standard are then subjected to a very thorough blind peer review and assessment by the Journal’s editorial advisory board. This board is made up of seasoned scholars of varied backgrounds in administration and management. The editorial committee accepts articles for publication only after the advice of a minimum of two reviewers.
